On November 1st, Kate Moss will be hosting a shopping extravaganza featuring special guest DJs and a cocktail bar at Topshop's London Oxford Circus store to celebrate the launch of her final mainline collection at 7pm.  If you can't make it, look out for the lucky keys they'll be giving out in London, Liverpool, Newcastle, Birmingham, and Edinburgh for the chance to win a trunk full of Kate's iconic dresses.  You can also enter to win a custom-made one-off piece worn by Kate herself.

Anna Sui is now a book.

She’s been a super-influential fashion designer for 20 years, so it’s about time.

Covering the entire scope of her career from the making the babydoll dress haute-hot to her strong ties to the music world, the book Anna Sui comes out on Chronicle Books in November.

The retrospective was written by Andrew Bolton, curator of the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. The preface is by White Stripes frontman Jack White.

Born in Detroit, Sui shot to fashion fame with her first show in 1991. Having friends like Naomi Campbell and Linda Evangelista didn’t hurt either.

Her SoHo-hip looks have been seen on Sofia Coppola, Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan, Christina Ricci, Courtney Love, Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, Patricia Arquette and Blake Lively.

Sui has stealthily become a fashion brand, quietly launching licenses for cosmetics, fragrance, eyewear, shoes and accessories. She has over 50 boutiques in 8 countries. Her boho-chic trippy designs are sold in 300 stores in over 30 countries. In 2209 she was awarded the CFDA Lifetime Achievement Award.
