John Galliano has collaborated with Parisian café Ladurée by designing a limited edition box of macaroons that were created to celebrate the launch of his new perfume Parlez-moi d’Amour. The special macaroons will be pink in color and will taste of rose and ginger. They will be sold in November in all Ladurée stores worldwide.

Karl Lagerfeld is helping to design his own island - the Isla Moda. The legendary Chanel designer has teamed up with prestigious Miami-based architecture firm Oppenheim and the KOR hotel group to create the manmade island, situated 20km off the coast of Dubai.
The resort complex will comprise three luxury hotels, 150 residential villas and a host of chic boutiques. Inspired by the floating palaces of India and cruise ships, Karl's new venture will be the first ever fashion island.
The project will be completed by 2014.

Gucci is proposing a new Gift Collection, a line of accessories created especially with the holidays in mind. And once again, the House of Gucci confirms its focus on high-quality and handcrafted excellence.
The featured materials this season are vintage crocodile and the "Guccissima" leather for jewelry and watch cases, made from a base of wood and covered entirely with an original type of suede. Each piece has been handmade by the brand's expert leather workers.
To finish, Gucci has also designed a series of desk accessories in the same precious materials: from picture frames to key trays, photo albums, notebook covers and blank journals.
